Why Our Main Office Is in Salt Lake
Salt Lake and New Town hold Kolkata's newest housing stock, and the appliance mix reflects that. Most calls reaching this office come from apartments and office floors rather than older independent houses — inverter split ACs running long hours through the summer, front-load washing machines, side-by-side refrigerators, and RO purifiers installed in pantries around Sector V.
That changes what a technician needs to carry. Jobs from this area lean towards electronic faults — PCB and sensor problems, inverter compressor errors, control panels that stop responding — more than the mechanical wear we see in older machines elsewhere in the city. Spare-part stock for all three offices is held here and moved out to the branches as needed, which is why this is the head office rather than simply another branch.

How quickly can a technician reach Salt Lake or New Town?

Is there a charge if the appliance cannot be repaired?
