Booking Is the Same at Every Office
- Tell us the problem. Call, message us on WhatsApp, or fill the form on our contact page. Bookings are taken 24 hours a day.
- We assign the nearest technician. Your locality decides which office handles the job, so travel time stays short.
- Inspection and quote. The technician diagnoses the fault and tells you the repair cost before starting. A visit and inspection charge applies and is confirmed to you before the technician is sent.
- Repair, then payment. No advance is taken. You pay after the work is done, and the repair carries our 30 day service warranty.

About Our Offices
Can I visit an office instead of booking a home visit?
Yes, though please call ahead so someone is expecting you. Most customers find a doorstep visit easier, since carrying an appliance is rarely necessary and the cost is the same.
Do all three offices use the same phone number?
Yes. One number reaches all three offices, and your call is routed to the team covering your locality.
Is the charge different at different offices?
No. The inspection charge and repair rates are the same across all three offices, and the amount is told to you before a technician is sent.
What if my area is served by two offices?
Each locality is assigned to one office, so there is no confusion about who is coming. If you are on the boundary, we send whoever can reach you fastest that day.
Are visits available at night?
Bookings are accepted round the clock and emergency visits can be arranged at any hour.
