Last updated: 16 August 2026
Kolkata Home Appliance Solutions is an independent home appliance repair service based in Kolkata. We are not an authorised service centre for any brand, and we are not affiliated with, appointed by, endorsed by, or sponsored by any appliance manufacturer.
If you are looking for a brand's own authorised service, please contact that brand's official customer care directly. If you are looking for an independent local technician who can reach you quickly, that is what we do.
Brand names
Use of Brand Names
Our website mentions brand names such as Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, IFB, Haier, Panasonic, Godrej and others.
- These are used only to describe the makes and models of appliance our technicians are able to repair.
- They do not indicate any partnership, authorisation, tie-up or official association with those companies.
Before you book
Manufacturer Warranty
If your appliance is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty or an extended warranty plan, a repair by an independent provider may affect that cover. Please check the terms of your warranty, or speak to the brand's authorised service centre, before booking a repair with us. The decision to go ahead with an independent repair rests with you.
Any warranty we offer is our own 30 day service warranty on the work we carry out and the parts we supply. It is separate from, and does not replace, any manufacturer warranty. Full details are on our Terms & Conditions page.
About this website
Information, Pricing and Outcomes
General information only
Content on this website, including repair tips and descriptions of common faults, is general information. It is not a diagnosis of your appliance and should not be treated as technical advice for your specific situation.
Pricing is indicative
Any prices, ranges or offers mentioned on this website or in our advertising are indicative. The final cost depends on the actual fault found during inspection and the spare parts required, and is confirmed to you before work begins.
Repairs are not guaranteed
Some appliances cannot be repaired, or a required spare part may no longer be available. Terms such as "same day service" describe what we aim for and depend on technician availability, location and parts.
Please do not attempt electrical or gas-related repairs yourself based on anything you read here. Appliance repair involves risk of electric shock, gas leakage and injury, and should be handled by a trained technician.
